Marengo Asia Healthcare Private Limited a Company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 together with its subsidiaries and network hospitals (referred to as “we”, us”, “Marengo Asia Hospitals, Faridabad ”) is the author and publisher of the internet resource Marengo Asia Hospital App. (referred to as “mobile app”) on the world wide web as well as other software and applications provided by Marengo Asia Hospitals, Faridabad . Marengo Asia Hospitals, Faridabad provides the Services in partnership with its representatives, associates, agents, affiliates, or other third parties (together referred to as “Partners”)
